What should I use it for?

HOW IT WORKS ?
1. Place the food on the mandolin and fix it in place.
2. Select the desired blade and attach it to the mandolin.
3. Slide the food along the blade and apply light pressure.
4. Remove the food and repeat the process until you have the desired amount of slices.
