Shipping & Returns Policy
RETURNS
Our policy lasts for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since the receipt of your package, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
The return of certain types of goods is not allowed. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. Similarly, we do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or substances, liquids, or flammable gases.
Other items that are not eligible for return include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
In some cases, only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Books showing signs of obvious use
- CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, audio cassettes, or vinyl records that have been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.
Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale or promotional items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not eligible.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@lumineo.com and send your item to: 71-75 Shelton Street, London, ENG, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver and they will be aware that you have returned their gift.

The shipping costs associated with returning your item are your responsibility. They are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
