I tested this pet hair remover glove/mitt on the areas that get the most fur in my house—upholstery, pet bedding, and clothing. The best way I can describe how it works is that short, repeated side-to-side strokes create enough friction/static that the hair starts to gather into tight little rolls/clumps, and then you can just peel those off and keep going. It’s much faster than doing dozens of passes with a disposable roller when you’re dealing with heavy shedding. Where it worked best for me: It was especially effective on fabric furniture (like a sofa/cushions) and other textured materials where hair tends to embed. On those surfaces, it not only picked up visible fur but also grabbed the “stuck” hair that usually survives a quick lint roll. Surface differences (important context): Performance definitely depends on the fabric. On some smoother or tightly woven materials, it still helps, but you may need more passes or a different stroke direction to get the same “rolling” effect. I found it most consistent when I used firm pressure and kept my strokes short rather than long sweeping motions. Design/comfort: The glove is comfortable to wear and easy to maneuver, and I like that it’s reusable. One downside is that the mitt can flex/fold a bit while you’re working, especially if you’re pressing hard or cleaning around edges/corners. A stiffer backing would make it feel more controlled. Cleanup: After a session, I just removed the hair clumps and rinsed it off. Since it’s washable, it feels like a good replacement for disposable rollers if you’re cleaning fur frequently. Overall rating: I’m rating it highly because it genuinely removes pet hair quickly and is reusable, with the main limitation being that results vary by fabric and the mitt could use a firmer backing for better support.

This is a very cost-effective pet hair removal tool that’s lightweight and easy to use. It works especially well on sofas and bed covers, allowing you to quickly and effortlessly remove pet hair. The lint roller by the door is losing

You vacuum the couch and run the roller over your black pants, and by the evening the hair is back. You didn't miss a spot. The hair lying on top is the easy part, and the rest has worked its way between the threads of the fabric, where tape can't stick to it and suction slides right over it.

A mesh that lifts the hair out, where it honestly can

Slip the glove on and rub the fabric in short back-and-forth strokes. The mesh grips the hair, pulls it up out of the weave and rolls it into a strip you peel off. It takes a few passes, not one. It works on fabric couches, cloth car seats, bedding and low rugs, and less well on leather, long-pile shaggy rugs and very short, stiff hair. We would rather you know that now than find out after it arrives.

I've tried everything and nothing gets the hair out. Why would this?

Because everything you tried works on the surface. A lint roller sticks to the top layer. A vacuum pulls air over hair that is planted between the threads. The hair you still see after cleaning is in the fabric, not on it. The glove is built for that part: the mesh grips the hair and lifts it out of the weave. Customers who had bought every gadget, rubber wand and sticky tape out there tell us this is the one that picked up hair they couldn't even see.

Won't it just move the hair around?

It will if you use it like a cloth. Rub in one direction and the hair only gathers. Rub back and forth, side to side, in short quick strokes, and it rolls into a long strip in the middle of the glove that you peel off. Customers say it takes a little practice the first time, and that once you have the gesture it gets easier and quicker every use. It takes a few passes, not one.

Will it work on my dog's or my cat's hair?

On most shedding coats, yes: husky, lab, golden, shepherd, long-haired and short-haired cats. Where it works less well is very short, stiff hair, the kind a Dalmatian has, because that hair is harder to roll. It also works less well on leather and on long-pile shaggy rugs. On a fabric couch, bedding, rugs, cloth car seats and car carpet, it does the job.

Will it stay on my hand?

It is a mitt, not a fitted glove. Your hand slides into the pocket and your fingers sit on either side of the centre seam, two on each side. Some customers find that odd for the first minute. Keep your hand flat and press evenly across the whole mitt, and it stays in place while the hair rolls up.

Will it damage my couch or my clothes?

The side that touches the fabric is a soft, flat mesh. There is no blade, no metal edge and no adhesive. Customers use it on sofas, bedspreads, rugs and clothes and describe it as gentle on fabric. If you have a delicate or loose-weave fabric, try a hidden corner first.

Doesn't the hair get stuck on the glove?

The hair gathers into a strip on the surface, and you peel that strip off by hand. What stays on the mesh comes off under the faucet. Let it dry and it is ready again. There is no trap to open and no sheet to tear off.

I already have a lint roller. Why would I need this?

Keep it by the door for a last touch on your pants. For the couch, a roller runs out halfway through a cushion and only takes the hair lying on top. Then you buy more sheets. Customers who were tired of going through tons of lint rollers tell us the same thing: you pay once, you rinse it, and it reaches the hair the roller leaves in the fabric.

These ads always look too good to be true. What if it doesn't work for me?

Plenty of our customers thought the same. Several put off ordering because they were sure it was a scam, then wrote that it works the way it looks. If it doesn't for you, you send it back. You have 30 days from delivery to try it on your own couch and your own pet's hair, and if the hair doesn't roll up the way we showed you, we refund you. I own a German Shepard mix, Austrilian Shepard, and a cat. The hair on my furniture and on my clothes is insane! And this product is as good as they say it is. BUT my favorite use for it is my bedding before I wash it. Yes, my Aussie sleeps in my bed, and the hair is everywhere. But I do NOT want that in my washing machine. This tool really helps get the fur off before I strip my bed. Highly Recommend!

I was pleasantly surprised by how well this pet hair removal glove works. It does feel a little awkward to hold at first and can slip off your hand while you’re rubbing back and forth to create the friction needed to lift lint and hair, but once you get the hang of it, it works great. I tested it on a white long-sleeve shirt after wearing a very linty blue sweater, and it removed the majority of the lint and pet hair with ease. I found it easiest to use while wearing the clothing, since you can hold the fabric taut as you work. That said, you would need help reaching your back if you’re cleaning clothes you’re wearing. A great replacement and money saver versus lint rollers because you can reuse over and over again. I have two fluffy cats and this is easy to use and store away. Fits my relatively large hand just fine. Good for removing hair from couches and other cloth surfaces. Build quality seems solid, it would last sufficiently long. Very simple and quick to use.

Removes Hair Very Well from Furniture

I had been seeing videos of similar products online and had my doubts that they could work to remove pet hair, but I was pleasantly surprised by this product! There's a couch that the dogs lay on which gets a lot of dog hair in it, and we typically remove it with our pet vacuum. But this hair removal glove absolutely did the job instead; we'll be using it instead of vacuuming going forward!

Love this! Been wanting something like this for a while. Size is good. Very light. It's nice that they gave some instructions. When you put your hand in it's split in half, so either you separate your first two fingers, or split them like Spock. It's a little weird, but still fits. Very easy to use, just like it says in the instructions. Even works on non pet hair. I tried it on a recently cleaned area and it caught the dust and fuzz. Definitely worth the cost!

The cat (that runs the house) always leaves hair stuck to the couch. Probably will have to go over it a few times to get the really deep embedded hairs out depending on the material, but it does work well enough to remove hair. It's pretty easy to use, I might be dating myself but you kind of have to make the Spock 'live long and prosper' - or, if you're my kind of funny, the Mork 'nanu nanu' hand symbol - in order to have it on your hand. A bit odd, and takes a bit of getting used to comfort-wise, but not terrible. For $6.99, I'd say it gives enough value for your money.

Easy way to clean pet hair

Our cat sheds and her favorite spots get covered in hair. I thought this pet hair glove might be easier to use than a lint brush or roller. I tried it on a couple of her perches. The glove worked really well. It picked up a lot of hair and the hair balled up in the middle of the mitt. One of the places I wiped had a lot of hair on it. The glove did pick up a lot of hair - but not all. The side that picks up the hair got covered/clogged/became less effective after maybe 30 - 60 seconds of wiping. I pulled the hair from the glove and wiped again. After another 30 seconds or so (looking after every couple of passes), it didn't pick any more hair up. It looked pretty clean (I didn't try testing whether there was more hair there - i.e., I didn't use a lint brush to test the surface) - you can see the picture of the perch and the glove after use. Overall, it's very easy to use. At ~$7, it seems like a good deal. My one nit is it fits over my hand in a slightly weird way. It's sewn down the middle, but with my hand in the glove, the seam was where my middle finger wanted to go. It was more comfortable to put my thumb and forefinger on the left side, and place the other three fingers on the right. Would have been better if it was just a mitten.

Simple and effective. A must have for pet owners

I think you would be hard pressed to find something better at removing pet hair from furniture and clothing for an equal or lower price than this glove. This. Thing. Is. Awesome. I have always had a hard time keeping our couches clean of pet hair because the fabric on our couch is seriously a pet hair magnet. I used this glove on our sofa and it was so easy. Just put the glove on and go. Swipe from side to side and bam. You have a hand full of pet hair and a clean couch. This is such an easy and cost effective way to remove pet hair from your fabrics around the house. Anywhere your hand can reach, you can clean. And it's not awkward or uncomfortable to use at all. Recently, our kitty passed away... I honestly can't bring myself to clean off her favorite cushion on our loveseat just yet. She had her spot. And it's covered in so much of her hair that this spot is a different color from the couch haha. But, it was hers. And I'm not ready to remove this piece of her yet. I don't know why I'm putting this in my review, but. If you are reading this, please do me a favor and give your fur baby some extra love today.

Turns a chore into a breeze!

I was very skeptical. Adds for similar product everywhere … how can it be possible for it to work as good as they make it look…. right? WELL IT DOES, it actually works that good! See my video We have 3 huskies, 2 med-long hair cats …. I live in a world of constant fur everywhere, so this was put to a serious challenge. It exceeded my expectations. I have every type of lint roller, tape roller hair removing gadgets, none work as well as this does. I am Not making any false claims here ! Comparing this to the lint brush style, this can pick up and hold more hair before clogging up, making fewer stops to empty. Comparing to the tape rollers… no comparison, I would have easily gone through 4 to 5 sheets of tape equivalent to one empty of this mitt. My only dislike with this hair removal glove is that after prolonged use the glove seems to turn sideways on your hand, so you just have empty it and use it going in the opposite direction and it straightens out. Some reinforcement across the top of the hand to keep it from shifting on your hand Would make this the absolute perfect product for removing pet hair. For the price, it’s inexpensive for the ease of use and simplicity! It turns a chore into a breeze! You just have to try it to believe it!
