I was extremely skeptical of this product & put off using it for 4 mos. I had tried sanding one headlite myself & made it worse so I had no hope of that one getting much better. My car is 10yrs old & has been well maintained exc for the foggy headlites. I live n Fl so it has lots if exposure to intense sunlite. Simple and Effective

Very impressed with how well this kit restored the headlights on my 2010 Toyota tundra and the process was relatively easy and everything needed was included in the kit.

You already fixed these once. The yellow came back.

Maybe a kit two summers ago. Maybe a Saturday with a drill and three grades of paper. They looked new for a while, then went back to frosted Tupperware - and you figured you had done something wrong. You hadn't. The method was always going to end that way.

Your lenses had sunscreen on them. It wore off.

Polycarbonate burns in the sun, so the factory coats it. That coating is sacrificial - it lasts a few years, not the life of the truck. Once it's gone the plastic yellows, the beam dims, and you start wondering whether it's the lights or your own eyes. And every sanding kit on the shelf takes off whatever is left of it.

Ten minutes in the driveway, the night before

No sandpaper, no drill hopping across your clear coat, no masking tape. A few drops on the cloth, work the haze loose, wipe it off. The yellow comes off onto the cloth and whatever factory coating is still on that lens stays on it. Do it before your inspection, before you list the car, or before the dealer walks around it.

Before you buy

I already restored my headlights and the yellow came back. Why would this be different?

Because of how the last one worked. Every kit on the shelf restores by abrasion, and that takes the factory coating off along with the yellow, leaving bare polycarbonate behind. Bare polycarbonate oxidizes faster than coated polycarbonate, which is why the haze often comes back sooner the second time. You didn't do it wrong. The method was always going to end that way. This one doesn't cut anything off the lens, so whatever coating you have left stays on it.

Two shops told me they couldn't be cleaned. Why would a bottle do it?

Because a shop quotes the job it knows how to sell: sand, polish, and if that won't hold, new assemblies. Owners get sent home with the same line - that the lenses are past cleaning - and clear them in ten minutes on the driveway. One of them had already had a dealership crew make his worse before he tried it himself. If the haze is genuinely inside the housing, the shop is right and nothing on the outside will reach it. If it is on the surface, it comes off.

So sanding actually makes it worse?

It makes the lens look better and leaves it less protected. Read the instructions on any sanding kit and they say it plainly: sand until the yellow residue is gone and the surface turns opaque white. That white is the coating coming off. Once it is gone, the sun works directly on the plastic.

How long will it stay clear?

We are not going to give you a number, because the honest answer depends on your car. A lens that sits in Arizona sun all day is on a different clock from one that lives in a garage. What we can tell you is the state the lens is in when you are done: cleared, not stripped. That is the part that decides how fast it comes back.

Why not just buy a cheap sanding kit?

You can. Plenty of people do, then do it again the following year, and again the year after. Three kits and six hours of work over five years costs more than most people expect, and each round takes a little more off the lens. The real comparison is not one kit against another, it is whether you want to keep repeating the job.

Can it damage my paint or my headlights?

There is nothing abrasive going near your car. No drill to skip across your hood, no sandpaper to cut into your clear coat, no tape to lay down first. Wipe up any overspill on the paint while it is still wet, the same as you would with any automotive product.

My lens is cloudy on the inside. Will this fix it?

No, and we would rather say so now. Fogging on the inside of the lens means the housing seal has failed and moisture is getting in. That is a sealing problem, not an oxidation problem, and no surface treatment can reach it. Save your money.

Is one bottle enough for both headlights?

On most vehicles, yes, with plenty left over. Heavily oxidized lenses soak up more, and large truck or SUV housings have more surface to cover. If there are two vehicles in the driveway, order two.

I have an inspection coming up. Is this enough?

In most states an oxidized lens becomes a problem when the beam has gone visibly yellow or has dimmed enough that aim cannot be checked. Clearing the surface addresses both. If your lens is cracked, damaged, or fogged from the inside, that is a different repair and this will not pass it for you.

5+ CRAZY! Not a gimmick ...

I tried pretty much everything to renew my 2013 Tundra headlights with no success. Came across this product, was skeptical, but bought it to give it a try. Wow! I'm sure glad I did. As you will see in the first pics prepping for the product how faded/foggy the headlights were. Went from cruddy looking to great (almost look brand new). So if are like what I was, I'm telling you to give this product a try ... I don't think you'll be disappointed, because it ACTUALLY WORKS. Also, I've washed the truck several times since and things still look great. I mention that because some of the things I've tried previously looked good until it got washed off - not this product. If this product starts to lose its luster in the near future, I'll redo this review, but so far things are looking good.

From skeptical to impressed!

I have tried several different headlight refinishing kits. Some improve the look for a few weeks, but they quickly go back to looking cloudy. I saw the reviews for this product and was hopeful. I've used a different headlight restoration product in the past but around 9 months later it was time to re-do the headlights with the same product. That process was a lot messier and took a lot longer. This product/process was so much easier and less time that even if I only make it 9 months I would still give it 5 stars. Wow! It actually WORKS!

I was skeptical. I tried all kinds of cleaners to get my headlights back to normal. The yellow was so bad, it made my lights so dim at night, it was getting harder to see. I tried other brands and even toothpaste ... but nothing worked or it was very super temporary! This worked instantly!!! I thought I would have to scrub harder or go over it a few times, but the very first time it want from yellow to clear right in front of my eyes! I even took a video while I was doing the second headlight because I couldn't believe it worked with little effort! Buy this!!

Unreal transformation! Night and day difference 🔥

First off.. lemme start off by saying WOAH! 🤯 and yes I know my car needs a lil tlc right now but that’s besides the point lol but anywho.. my headlights were completely oxidized, cloudy, and solid yellow/brown. The yellow haze stripped right off, and the clarity came back instantly. My night visibility is 100x better now, and the photos speak for themselves. If you're on the fence, just buy it!

Very impressed, from foggy to crystal clear...

This product is outstanding. Time will ultimately tell but I am hopeful.. I followed the directions to a T. They give you 6 wipes, 3 for each headlight, but I used the first wipe on one headlight and then got extra use by starting the second headlight. The second package I started on the second headlight and went on to the first headlight, so I wiped each headlight 6 times, 3 each with a fresh wipe.. This removes all the oxidation and by the last wipe they were nowhere near as dirty as when first started. I let it sit out in the sun after washing because they say it has to be perfectly dry, NO risks of water leaking past surrounding area onto headlight. HOWEVER I strongly suggest NOT applying the final stage in direct sun. I pointed the car into the shade and let the headlight cool somewhat. They were hot from the sun and I felt the added heat would be a challenge applying the nest step. You have to wipe this wipe on in one direction and slightly overlap but one wipe thats it.. This is why I wanted the headlights in the shade because you don't want it drying too fast. Overall I am very pleased with how clear they are. Now I have used some of these other products, big name great reviews but they fail in months. Been 2 months now and so far as good as new.. Will follow up in months to come. Something about this product seems different. Will see if it actually bonds to the plastic but I am hopeful after reading the technology behind this product.. I gave it 4 stars on easy of use because how careful you need to be wiping on the final wipe not to mess up as its a once shot deal...

Glad I bought it

I bought this after finding out that a competing product required a 24 hour cure time and has to be re-applied every year. I used it per the instructions and am very pleased with results - the headlights look great. I love that the pieces are in separate sealed packets as it makes sure they are fresh and clean even if you do one headlight at a time even weeks apart. The 1 hour cure time is great. Years ago I used another product on a different car that required hours of direct sunlight to cure. I highly recommend this kit.

This worked great

I decided to try this on my son’s 2002 Nissan Maxima it worked great. 1 year later and the headlights still are clear. So I decided to do my wife’s Lexus and it turned out great. When applying make sure you keep it wet and for the final application the whole lens has to be completely dry. I recommend using an air compressor to blow the water from the crevices and speed up the drying process. Directions are easy to follow and the link to video is an excellent guide.

Was very surprised that it worked

I purchased this not with much high hopes, but was actually shocked at how well it cleaned it off with one simple product and not much elbow grease. Probably took me 8 to 10 minutes per headlight. I will have to keep an eye on it and see how it holds up over the next couple months. Definitely pleased with this product my only complaint was I wish they would sell it in a smaller bottle for half the price. I may have used a 1/5 of the bottle.

Surprising results!

Wish I took a before photo but believe me when I say that my headlights were cloudy like they had glaucoma! Came out almost like brand new! This car is a 2010 so these headlights have been put through it. These pictures are just after application so can not comment on longevity but would recommend this product. I have tried a few restoration kits before but this one worked with minimal effort and the results are better than expected!!!! I gave 4 starts only because I need to see how long this lasts. Most kits lasted a few weeks…

Fixed Foggy BMW Headlight Under 10 Minutes

For context, I had gotten in a fender bender a few years ago, so I had one original headlight and one newer/replaced headlight, which is now only a few years old. The newer headlight was in great shape of course, but the original headlight was very foggy in comparison. I had tried every “do-it-yourself” method in the book, including OTC sprays, wipes, and even baking soda and lemon. Nothing worked. I followed the instructions for this product and in under 10 mins, my original/foggy headlight looked BRAND new. This product is legit, and I’m now a LOYAL customer who will keep coming back after results this good, this easy, and that fast. My fiance initially told me this was a scam, but when he saw the results, he wanted to know where I found this and how much. So, make that two new customers!

It worked good enough for me

Spent about 15-20 mins on each lamp. It’s way cheaper than buying new lamps or going to a place that will do this for you. If you have the time and energy it’s definitely worth it to give a shot. UPDATE: After 10 months the headlights held up pretty well. They are starting to yellow again but nothing crazy. They are also spotting but this took care of that the first time. I would definitely use this again and I most likely will after a full year is up because its cheap and works well. I will probably do an even better job this time around and it may last longer. I didn’t expect this to last a lifetime but for less than $20 and new looking headlights its worth it even for a year or so.

Impressive results, and still holding up after 3 months

This worked much better than I expected. My headlights were noticeably cloudy and oxidized before using the kit, and the difference afterward was significant. They came out much clearer and looked dramatically better. It does take some elbow grease, especially if your headlights are heavily oxidized, so don’t expect to just wipe it on and be done. You have to put some effort into the process, but in my case it was absolutely worth it. More importantly, the results weren’t just temporary. It has been about three months since I restored them and the headlights are still holding up very well with no noticeable return of the heavy cloudiness. I’m including before and after photos because they show the improvement better than I could describe it.

IT ACUTALLY WORKS!

Yall!!!! Let me tell you! This stuff really works!! I was soooo sire that this product would not work that I didn't even take any before pictures! I brought 1 other product weeks ago and that didnt work! Don't expect for it to work during one coatings. You have to keep reapplying the product! I had to do it like 4 or 5 times to see that it was actually working! Try it you all this really does work!! I hate that i didn't take a before pucture! But I did manage to take an after picture!

Best Results in Shortest Amount of Time

This is the first product that ONLY required hand pressure. In less than 15 minutes my headlight lens covers were at least as clear as my previous efforts with other name-brand products. To be fair, it remains to be seen how long the results will last, but if I have to reapply every 3 months, it is worth it. Highly exceeded expectations. BTW, i had ample quantity of product left over and gave to two coworkers who experienced identical results. Very highly rated.

Great initial results

Had to redo another manufacturer's headlight repair kit after 2 years so I thought I would give this a try after watching PF review on YT. Similar initial, excellent results after easy to follow instructions. Since my lenses weren't too far gone I was able to use same kit for two vehicles which was a bonus. Time will tell if it matches manufacturers claim for life of vehicle but the initial results are impressive.

Looks like new

I was skeptical. Didn’t want to pay to have them done at a shop…had done a few years back and the clarity didn’t last that long. After a ton of hemming and hawing I ordered the less than $20 kit. I read the instructions a couple times to make sure I was focused…then jumped into it and 30 minutes later both headlights looked brand new. I’m passing the SUV down to my 16 year old daughter and wanted clear bright night vision for her. Driving at night before using this product we used to joke about how the lights didn’t look like they were on. WOW!!

Purchased this for the headlights on my daughter’s car after using one of their other products for fading on black trim on my jeep. The trim stuff worked better than anything else I have tried for my jeep so I went ahead and tried this for the headlights. Just wow! Made a night and day difference in the headlights. Unfortunately for us we need to get the headlights adjusted as I think they are pointing down too far and just a crappy design because the visibility at night didn’t improve too much. But this product did an amazing job. Prior to applying this you could see that a lot of the light was not getting out through the cloudy headlights.

Use on all plastic lenses and reflectors

I have 2 cars, one is a 2001 Miata and a 1983 Mercedes. I use this on all the plastic lenses and reflectors to keep them looking new. 20 and 40 year old plastic shines with this stuff. Its stiff like toothpaste, but has special stuff that waxes/ coats and UV protects, so keeps them from yellowing, clouding and surface cracking. IF YOUR HEADLIGHTS HAVE THIS ISSUE, THIS WON'T WORK. This product MAINTAINS the beautiful crystal clear surface, but first you need it to have no more than just a haze issue for it to be effective. You can do it, really. Have faith in yourself and YouTube. I fixed my mom's headlights on her 2006 Prius and on my sisters 2008 Prius. Now I use this product to maintain the look. Put it on any microfiber towel, preferably just a cheap one that you can toss or keep for this single purpose, or even just a piece of cotton t shirt, or even a cotton sock. Don't use it on any other part of your car, so safer to toss it.

Very Impressed! Even with worn headlights!

I have a 2017 Hyundai Tucson and I live in AZ. For a long time the car was sitting outside in a CarMax dealership, and then I eventually bought it. My headlights have scratches on them (from previous owner and me, so the blame goes to everyone lol) so I won’t ever have “brand new” looking headlights. But this product has been the best! I can’t wait to drive later tonight and see if there’s a brightness difference. I’ll update this review in a couple months on whether or not this holds up still, or if my headlights fog. (*KEEP IN MIND* that if you have cracks, leaks, etc in your headlights, it can fog right back up and this product won’t fix it!)

Wow wow wow is all I have to say. I was so mervous to do this because I thought to myself “oh god what if the lights look worse than before” but let me tell you…. WOW. I have used other kits in the past and they did not do a very good job AT ALL. This kit is amazing!!! I followed the video tutorial on the site to be sure I did everything correctly and followed it EXACTLY! My headlights look brand new and are completely clear. If your lights turn out cloudy after using this, you 100% did it wrong and didn’t follow directions. I don’t know how long the lights will stay clear, reviews on here are pretty mixed with some saying it lasts 9 months and others saying years so I will have to wait on that to see but for the price you can’t even beat it and if I did have to do it once a year I wouldn’t even be mad about it because it’s so affordable and easy to do. Didn't disappoint!

I honestly wasn't expecting miracles because I've never tried those quick headlight wipes before, and I had no idea what I was doing. This kit was just what I needed. The instructions were easy to follow, and everything (except for a squirt bottle for water) was included. It took a little elbow grease, but nothing difficult. My headlights had become cloudy over the years, and I was surprised at how clear they looked when I finished. They almost looked new again. Driving at night feels much safer now because the headlights are noticeably brighter. What I appreciate most is that this isn't just a temporary shine. It feels like a quality product that was made to last. If you're willing to spend about 30 minutes doing it the right way, it's absolutely worth it. Oh my gosh!! What a surprise!! We bought this item not very confident that it would actually work. Our 2012 Honda Pilot’s headlights looked to be beyond repair. Actually had two different repair shops try to clean the headlights with no success at all. Told us they could not be cleaned and would be necessary to purchase new headlights. I regret not taking a before and after picture so you’re just gonna have to trust me, ok! I bought this with my own monies and am not being endorsed for this review in ANY way. ✨I’m literally just a girl✨ So, my headlight lenses weren’t popcorn yellow but I did have enough oxidation on them to where my visibility at night was being affected and I was starting to think the old age was finally getting to my eyes. WRONG!!! I just needed to replace or restore the headlight lenses lol. Before spending $300+ on new headlight assemblies, I took a chance and purchased the standard 1 Vehicle Kit which comes with 8 wipes. I have purchased different kits in the past for previous vehicles and those kits promised to do what this kit ACTUALLY does, at a fraction of the cost. This kit was so easy to use it almost feels like you’re doing something wrong but you’re not lol. Just follow the directions! The oxidation disappeared right before my eyes. It really was like magic! (follow instructions!!! (follow instructions!!!) My headlight lenses are crystal clear now! (minus a tiny spot of oxidation INSIDE the lense - can’t do anything about that without replacing the entire assembly). Before I used this kit, I replaced my burnt out halogen bulbs with LED bulbs and this kit made them look 100x better. I can see my future now 😎 (lol jk but fr) I don’t know how this will work for someone who has very yellow heavily oxidized lenses but understand this doesn’t work if the oxidation is on the inside. It might be best to just replace the whole thing but for the price, this kit is worth trying. I am sad I didn’t discover this sooner, but that’s ok. This stuff really truly works and I will purchase it again if I need to. Thank you for a top notch product!

Unbelievable!

I have tried two other products on my 14yr old truck that is parked outside. Wow! What a product! I was patient, watched the video as encouraged, kept referring to the video to give the product full exposure, and it really paid off. I really wish that I would have taken a pic of my headlights before using this, because the results, even a week later, are everything I could have wanted. Crystal clear headlights like I haven’t had since I bought it, and confidence that the coating will last. Yellowed headlights on my gym van fixed

Yeah I bought this for our gym van because the headlights looked like frosted Tupperware and members kept joking about it. I run early morning classes so I need those lights clear before sunrise. Used the wipes in the parking lot on a Sunday. Took maybe 25 minutes per headlight while i answered texts between sets of scrubbing. 2012 Ram 3500. OEM headlights. Tried this process before with another product and it just didn’t work, as you can see from the pictures. Followed the instructions as best I could and what a difference!! Not all of the haze is gone but that’s because what’s left appears to be inside of the housing or my screwing up the first attempt. Easy DIY Kit That Really Works

Honestly, I didn't expect such an amazing result. My husband was extremely skeptical at first, but after reading the reviews, I decided to give it a try because I loved that it didn't require any special tools or professional skills. I really wanted to do the whole job myself. The results were incredible. Our car is over 20 years old, and the difference is a true wow effect. The headlights are dramatically clearer, and all of the oxidation on the surface came off beautifully. There is still one small white spot, but it's inside the headlight, so no restoration kit could fix that. Everything on the outside cleaned up amazingly well. If you're wondering whether this kit is worth buying—the answer is absolutely yes. It was easy to use, the instructions were clear, and the results exceeded all my expectations. If you’re skeptical like I was, don’t be n just go for it because the results speak for themselves! Instructions were also very easy to follow, no tools needed except for what they provide you with in the kit, so impressed that I even got friends and family to buy to try for themselves! I’d give this a 10/10 stars if I could instead of 5!

Impressive

Used on a 2010 Sentra, so 13+ years of UV exposure. One headlight was completely fogged up (which I used for the photos); the other had the top 2/3rds fogged. As you can see, the top of the headlights were also yellow. The directions are pretty straight forward. The headlights on this car are not flat; they have a raised upper section, so I had trouble getting a uniform haze over the entire surface. Regardless, I'm impressed with the results. I'm curious to see how long this will last now that the outer layer of plastic has been removed from the lights.

Cleaned Up Like New!

Great product that did exactly what it sought out to do. I purchased with the intention of removing an awful stain that came about on both of my headlights. Directions were straight to the point making it really easy to use. In my case I utilized an applicator pad, placed 6 dots around the headlight assembly, scrubbed until clear then reapplied as necessary (2 times over). This stuff really cleaned up my headlights really well. I would recommend and I’m happy to use this products on my other vehicles.

This stuff really works. I was honestly not expecting this result. If you continue to keep wiping it will streak up and ruin it. Learned my lesson the hard way and had to start completely over with a new kit. Would definitely use again!

I am giving this 5 stars for now because I am so amazed! Hopefully it lasts, time will tell…..I was given a quote of $1000 to replace both headlights on my 2015 RAV4. I love my car but the headlights had seen better days and were completely yellow and fogged over. Everyone I talked to kept saying it’s on the inside, you can’t clean it, you’ll have to replace them. It’s been about 5 months since I restored my headlights with this kit, and I’m very pleased with how well they’ve held up against daily driving in this South Florida heat. The process of using this kit was straight forward, and comes with everything you need, except the tape to protect your paint during the restoration process.

It works great, just wont work perfectly if the inside of the light is also yellow. As you can see it was perfect in the left side but the right side didnt work as well because the inside of the light was also worn down.

HAPPY CAMPER. WOW! EASY!

08/14/2022 I’m a 73 year old female with serious arthritis in my shoulders. And if I can do this, anyone can. Just a very, very, slight trace of haze and yellowing along the top rim where the plastic is thicker; only visible on close up inspection. My Subaru Forester is 14+ years old (2008). It has never been garaged, so it’s susceptible to headlight haze/yellowing. The driver’s side headlight was a severe, cloudy, yellow. It was embarrassing. Yellower than any of the headlights I see in these reviews or seller’s pics. Very obvious yellowing viewing from any distance. I gave it the old college try, just using a microcloth and 2 fingers. Rubbed in small circles. I couldn’t believe how quickly and easily the haze and yellow disappeared. I kept rubbing, for maybe 2- 3 minutes total, thinking that it was wet and the yellow and haze would reappear when it dried. But it didn’t. But like I said, not 100%. Maybe 98- 99% improvement. I’m more than satisfied with that. I doubt anyone else will even notice the slight haze remaining, since they sparkle in the sunlight. My plan now is to give the headlights a quick rubdown every time I wash the car to keep the haze at bay!

Amazing Product, Even more Amazing Service

In spite of thinking that I had followed the directions exactly, at the completion of the job, my headlights, although better, were still quite foggy. I went back to the amazon page and there was a number to call if there were any problems. I called it, I had to leave a message, but unbelievably my call was returned within the hour! I told them what the problem was, and instead of being berated or given excuses I was simply told "there are a lot of different headlights that are out there and sometimes me might have a problem." They said that they would send me what I needed to complete the "fix" and asked for my amazon order number. A day later (one day!!) the product arrived and I was able to redo some of the process and now my foggy headlights look like new! It's an amazing product (I can't understand why the manufacturers of the headlights can't fix this problem) and their customer service was even more amazing. If your auto headlights are fogged, this is the product to fix it and this is the company to deal with.

For my use case, meh, but obviously a great premium product

So difficult to get perfect on large headlights. However, I was attempting to fix a large headlight, 16' F-350 Ford. These lenses are larger than some people's backyard. This is definitely a high quality product, and I was trying to revive a 10 y/o headlight, that I suspect had been exposed to too many things at a body shop. No doubt in my mind that in the hands of a professional this is a top tier product, and in many pros bag of tricks. However, for a plucky amateur, this might not be the fix. Do your research and try your way, but understand clearing and restoring headlights with a chemical is an art that requires a lot of science.

Totally shocked 😮

I was very skeptical about trying this product after watching a YouTube video and seeing how easy the application was. Well, I am totally shocked by how my headlights on my 2011 Toyota Land Cruiser came out. On a scale from 1-10, with 1 being the worst condition, my lights were in a bad condition 7, with some stain on one of the light that couldn't be removed with everything else that I tried. I was going to replace my lights for a cost of $800. But figure that I give this product a try...so glad I did. I didn't order it on Amazon because today was a beautiful day to do it, so I went to AutoZone and pickup the product there instead.

Cleans the haze off of headlights enough to pass state vehicle inspection.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Great product for getting the haze off of the headlights. 2012 car, sits outside, has to withstand winter weather and salt...and it had taken its toll. Needed to get the haze off because I was concerned it would not pass state vehicle inspection. Worked well with just one pass using a microfiber cloth and a couple of drops of this product. Not sure how long it will last. Might have to redo every couple of months and that is OK. But, for the minimum amount of effort I put into it, I was pretty happy with the result. And I passed state vehicle inspection.

Really Works

This is the second time I have purchased this. I have a 2000 Toyota Camry LE and the headlights have already been replaced and now the second set of headlights are really bad. I bought this and used it. It is amazing how it cleared my headlight lens up. They look new. I highly recommend this product. Update: It has been 5 months and my headlights still look clear and new. Just follow the instructions and wipe side by side when you apply it. Do not apply it up and down.

This kit is a miracle formula!! I have tried a half dozen other brands before I found this one, all with the same limited effect. My headlights are like new. I only wish I had before and after pictures to show this incredible transformation. Every 6 - 8 months I was applying a fine polishing compound to eliminate clouding / fogging of headlights on a Honda 2008 CR-V. I would then apply two coats of car wax to seal them. Except for a few deep scratches the lenses look like new. Hoping they will stay clear for a long time.

First attempt, noticeable difference

I decided to use only the microfiber towel and the product for the first application. There is a noticeable difference. My lights had more of a haze across the top. The pictures really don't do it justice. It took 5 minutes! I have no doubt if I spend some time (20 more minutes) I can get them almost new! It just looked so good after the first application, it's 20° in my garage today, the finished product can wait.

Headlights restored!

My car has had issues with fogginess and yellowing on the headlights. I decided to give this product a try and I must say I am super pleased with the results! I used a random orbital polisher and I feel that is definitely a must for the best results. There was a noticable difference in the brightness of my headlights after being polished. Didn't really realize how bad they had gotten. One thing to keep in mind is you'll need to put something on the headlights to keep them from going foggy/yellow again. I did not the first time I polished them and they did discolor again. I had a friend install clear PPF and it has worked great to maintain the clarity from the polish. Would highly recommend this product!

Best headlight restorer on the market!

I have bought this product several times and have applied to several of our vehicles. I’ve done other headlights clearing products in the past and this is by far the easiest one. Just take a look at the pictures and notice the difference! Very very impressed! Only time will tell how long it lasts.

The restoration kit really works!

The headlights on my 2015 Honda CRV were looking really foggy I'm a researcher and found you can restore headlights on your own. I had my doubts the results would be as great as they were. I'm a 53 year old school teacher. I'm fairly handy as I've raised four children as a single mom, and I've tried my hand at a huge gamut of DIY projects. I loved the QR code with the video to follow. The process was fast, detailed, and the lights turned out amazing.

I've always been skeptical of stuff like this but I know this brands is reputable across the car community so I figured why not. My car is a 2003 and has had no real "proper" headlight treatment done it's always been gimmicky stuff like this. First impression though blows everything out of the water I've tried. I would highly recommend picking this up and giving it a go. The results in the photos is all of 5 minutes of scrubbing the hell out of them. Don't worry about hitting your paint with it either I see no obvious instant staining it just wipes off so as far as I can see no masking required. However just scrubbing and wiping has yielded fantastic results. I'll hit them again in a couple days to see if I can get anymore yellow off. Some reviews on here said "The bottle is good for 5 to 6 treatments" well I gotta say that's a lie lmao. This bottle is good we'll past that, a little goes a very long way so I'm not sure why others are using so much. If I remember I'll update my review to see how long the results last for.

Great for home remedy. Not perfect.

2014 Accord and 2014 Camry, respectively. The Accord had more haze, so it couldn't be completely corrected; this car was driven more during the winter months. However it looks much better than it did, so I ain't mad about it. The Camry looks almost new! These photos were taken day of application. I will update after a couple of months since I've read these polishes can degrade fast. If I had to do this once a year I'd be happy. The process took me 15min total for both cars. I reapplied 3 times on the Accord too.

Pro Results - Fraction of the Cost

I bought a 2007 Toyota 4Runner with some cloudy headlights and had purchased this product to restore my 2008 Lexus IS250 headlights previously. Toyota vehicles seem very prone to this symptom, so I gave it a quick go and WOW, this stuff is amazing! My headlights now look brand spanking new and this will be a product I am confident to use again when they inevitably cloud up again. This is worth your money and really does do what it says!

My only regret is not having taken a picture before applying the product. Frankly, I was not expecting it to work. Worth the price

Super easy--and really works!

I rarely write reviews, but feel I just had to for this. In Florida, headlights get cloudy quickly from the sun. The last product I bought was a multi-step system with different cloths. You had to wait between applications. You had to wear gloves. It worked okay, but I'm not sure was worth the effort. Ao when it was time to do again, I stumbled onto this one. I didn't believe the video, as it seemed way too easy and too perfect. But--it works! And just like that! I used a paper towel, put a few blots on, and wiped it down. It took seconds, and it's essentially perfect. I may do one more application, but it is a sensational product--and can't be easier to use!

Been on 'ere about 7 mo so far & still looks perf. I missed a spot first time & tried to correct later. There is no going back to touch up. Not the product's fault. Life's harder when you're stupid. There's more than enough stuff on the rags to do again just get them back in the pack & sealed off so not drying out. Proceed as if you're going to screw it the 1st time just in case you do. When done properly it's very easy & turns out great. Satisfying too to see ugly rotten lights destroying the appearance of an otherwise deece car just restored to new or better than new condition, it makes all the diff.

It works!! Turned my lights from foggy to clear.

I purchased this product three months ago to use on my very fogged up headlights. The instructions were easy to follow and the process was pretty straight forward. When your headlights are as bad as mine, you do have to apply the oxidation remover for quite awhile. My hands were pretty tired after it was done. But the product does comes with three applications of the oxidation remover per headlight. I used all three and it was able to completely remove all of the oxidation. And three months later my headlights are still looking good. Would highly recommend this product.

Shocked. It works

This is an awesome product. I’ve tried other headlight restoration products in past with so/so results. This product shocked me. In just one application restores headlights 90% and after second application 100%. I was able to do both headlight on about 15 min. I wish I would have taken before and after pictures. Amazing results. Lenses look new

Amazing results! I wish I had used this product months ago instead of struggling with refracted, cloudy, and reduced headlight illumination. The product works exactly as advertised. The instructions are simple to follow, and the results are about as close to a factory finish as you can realistically achieve. In my case, each of my truck’s headlight lenses was only about 25% fogged, so I can’t say how effective it would be on lenses with severe clouding, deep cracks, or significant deterioration. Based on my experience, I’ll definitely be purchasing this again for my wife’s headlights.

Liquid Gold!

This stuff is like liquid gold! It works well on headlights by hand and if you use a machine, it's freaking awesome! Now... I'm a professional home and commercial cleaner by trade. I tried some of this stuff on some Chrome faucets and also stainless steel faucets to see what it would do... Made them look like new and now the water beads up on them as well, which makes my future cleaning a lot easier! So don't just think headlights, you can use this on several things. But yes, test in a inconspicuous area first just to make sure.

Headlight kit that actually works

Getting this for my shop made sense because customers kept asking if i knew anyone who could fix their yellow headlights. I tried this kit on my own 2012 work van first. Took maybe 25 minutes between phone calls at the front desk. Wipe, scrub, then seal. The right headlight looked way clearer when I locked up that night and walked past the van. Next morning it still looked good, not hazy again. I keep a few kits by the register now and use one whenever a regular complains they can’t see great at night.

These are fantastic! I wish I had taken before photos from the first vehicle I used these on, because those lights were in a dirtier condition. I will be using these on all of my vehicles. If I had a dealership, I would apply this to all vehicles before selling. It is a very easy process. It says keeps clean lifetime. That is the only part I have yet to see, as I just applied these.

This is kit is absolutely AMAZING!!! If possible, I'd give it 10 stars! I have a 2000 VW Cabrio Convertible and the headlight lenses were extremely yellowed and cloudy to the point where I didn't feel comfortable driving at night. This kit restored them to like NEW condition! Never have I been so extremely satisfied with a product and seeing the transformation while completing the process. Worked better than I thought it would :-) Just rubbed on and headlights on a 98 CRV went from yellowish to fairly clear. It doesn’t look new, but so much better. Doesn’t seem much better in the pictures, but it truly is. Lights seem brighter at night and feels safer now. I’m impressed. Wish I had taken before pictures because the transformation was crazy! Civic headlights were very yellow, fogged, and nothing would help. They have remained that way so far (over a week) with no dimming at all. I'm going to get another set for my other vehicle to do it on there as well. Easier than Making Toast

Well coming from Detailing and using the Compound/Polish Meathod, this is much easier and faster. I used my 3" Polishing Pad and away I went. When I tell you it took all of 5 minutes for both headlamps was I shocked. As for longevity, we shall see on other clients vehicles. This bottle will easily cover 20 plus vehicles.

Don’t tell my wife!

My headlights on the work vehicle were so dim that my wife’s generic Walmart flashlight that uses 2 AA batteries literally put out more light for a further distance. She swears the lights were so dim they had to be “illegal.” She is much pickier than I am. If I turn them on and they illuminate any at all, I’m okay. I just can’t be fussed with the little details like she is. Well, after she drove it on the interstate at night last week, she said she was getting the lights fixed no matter what I thought. Typical for her fussy nature. She swore two candles on the hood would put out more light than the headlights. She checked on having the lenses cleaned and polished. $75. She’s thrifty and said absolutely not. So, she ordered this kit. It came in today and she said she was going to work on the headlights. I told her I wasn’t going to touch them, and she unceremoniously informed me that she didn’t ask ME to, that she was going to do it herself. (After nearly 25 years of marriage, I reluctantly admit she’s MUCH handier than I am at most things. I just don’t see the need to be so darn picky!) I had to go somewhere, so I drove her Jeep while she held my Pathfinder hostage for said headlight lens cleaning. I must admit, I am amazed at the difference! (Shhh. Don’t tell her! She does NOT need to be encouraged!) When I came home and flipped on the lights, the difference was amazing! She says, “Now you can see a flea on a raccoon’s butt 50 yards away.” Were my lights really that bad? Reluctantly, I guess I have to answer yes to that question. She asked how much better they were, and to keep from encouraging her determination to improve everything, I said about 10%. She’s gave me “the look” and said I obviously wasn’t very good with percentages. 😆 On a more serious note, I definitely approve of and recommend this product. My wife did a great job without any input or elbow grease from me. I can see much better now, even if I don’t want to admit it. She posted the before and after picture on Facebook and has people wanting her to work on their headlights now. You have created a monster! 😂 In the picture, the before is the passenger side and after is driver side. On top of everything, both lenses are cracked as well. (The wife says that’s because I obviously couldn’t see with the sad amount of illumination and kept running into things. Again, she may be right!) So tomorrow she is applying waterproof headlight lens tape to both sides. (At this point I’m just going to let her carry on. Last week she even dared to make me help her clean the inside of the vehicle. I love her, but sometimes she makes me want to say bad words! Haha) *Note: neither one of us quite as bad as this review makes it seem. Or are we?

Great Improvement, But Results May Vary Depending on Headlight Condition

used this kit on my 2013 Audi Q5 with moderately oxidized headlights. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the kit included everything needed to complete the job. The results were mixed. One headlight turned out very well and became much clearer. The other improved significantly but still has some noticeable cloudiness over the projector area. It’s possible that part of the remaining haze is inside the headlight assembly rather than on the outer lens, but I can’t confirm that yet. Overall, this is a quality kit that definitely removes oxidation and is much better than many inexpensive restoration products I’ve tried. Just be aware that if your headlight has internal haze or heat-related damage, no exterior restoration kit will completely eliminate it.

Can 100% tell a difference for the better. Will see if brightness at night improves, but haven’t tried yet. Simple enough. A few more steps than I anticipated but that’s ok. Worth the $. Not “brand new” but much improved.

IT WORKS!

I thought I would try this product thinking that it might help a little. It worked to clean up headlights on my 9 year old Lexus that has been outside since i bought it. Very little effort to get the fogged headlights almost as clear as new. Actually, they look as good as new. I was surprised at how little effort it took just wiping with the product and a microfiber cloth. I gave the bottle to my son to try on his 20 year old Camry which has sat outside for all of its 20 years. Here is his email to me after he tried it. "The headlight cleaner worked great on my car. I did about 4 passes on it. And it's like night and day. They were really yellow and opaque before." I'm sure that he had to scrub a little harder than I did but he got good results on headlights that were in pretty bad shape. This is a product that delivers on its promise.

Fantastic Product!

Works great. My wife’s 2012 Toyota Venza’s headlights were cloudy and the low beam headlights were very dim. I replaced the bulbs and it didn’t improve the light output. I decided to try this product after reading the reviews. It works great. I followed the instructions carefully and when I was done, the headlight lenses came out crystal clear, however, it didn’t improve the light output, so I decided that the headlight assemblies needed replacing. I’m guessing the projector lenses inside the light assembly for the low beams were damaged. Give this product a try before replacing the whole headlight. Chances are it will work for you and fix the problem. Yellowing and cloudy headlight lenses are the number one problem with poor light output. Follow the instructions carefully and take your time.

100% Works for Cloudy Headlights!

This worked exceptionally well for my 2005 Toyota 4Runner headlights. Car is in pristine condition with only 78k miles on it, always housed in the garage. But with all vehicles, over time the front headlights just started to have a cloudy haze slightly in a few areas. Nothing full blown, but wanted to tackle it before it did. This kit was super easy to do, just follow the instructions that were clear and understandable. Do only apply one coat of the ceramic as stated tho, otherwise you will see slight marks. GREAT product, highly recommend.

Best Headlight Restoration Kit on the market for under $100 bucks

Used and folowed instructions from a YT video and my 2008 Lexus GX470's headlamps are literally like new again. I wasn't expecting them to be revived this well but this product actually works. Detailers were going to charge me 70 bucks (minimum) to do what I did for under 20 bucks. I still have some of the packets left over. I highly recommend this product and if you want to skip reading instructions which are so small just pop onto YT and there are a number of tutorials that are straightforward easy peasy to follow.

Worked good, headlight is much cleaner and is usable at night. However, it is not 100% restored. If I put in more time, I hope to think it would be much cleaner, but I am not entirely confident. Be sure to not spill the final coating on pavement (some liquid may exist in the packet). It will leave a mark on the driveway.

I had tried a lot of things but this product surprised me. I tried headlights at night and now I can see. If you have inside spots that won’t go away just outside of the headlight. I wish I had before and after pics.

Works great

I did a little more than just this product. It did a great job. The right side headlights were much worse on both cars. The red car's right side also has moisture in the light so makes it hard to sell how well it worked. I hope it helps protect them so I don't have do repeat this. I also applied it to my perfectly good headlights as insurance. There is plenty left after 3 sets of headlights. I plan to apply 3 to 4 times a year. Should last a few years if it doesn't dry out first.

Exceeded My Expectations

I have a 2014 Tundra and my headlights had become increasingly hazy so someone suggested to use a headlight restoration. I searched several products on Amazon and this one seemed to be the best. It was straightforward with easy to understand instructions along with a QR code to an instructional video with tips. I am impressed with the results. I even used it on my spot lights that had a crack. I did not expect it to work on the spot lights since the lense is damaged with webbing and cracked but they are now clear as well! I will see how they hold up over time in the Texas sun and with all the driving I do.

Performs as advertised!!!

Surprised boyfriend by clearing up his headlights, was driving me crazy and it's not even my car. Product works great. Followed instructions to the T, took a lot of elbow grease (they were REALLY bad as you can see, did one side only for "before - after" pics), and had to repeat treatment multiple times before it cleared up and still bottle is 3/4 full. It's not as clear as glass, still a little haze left but drastic improvement. I believe remaining haze may be on the interior of the plastic.

I’m giving this product five stars based on my initial reaction after I first used it. I was somewhat surprised regarding how the lens looked after one simple application. The only thing I’m worried about seriously is, how long do the lens stay in this condition? I believe that I would have to use it at least once a month to keep the lenses clear but I could be wrong, it may last longer. Did it by hand. My vehicle is a 2009 Infiniti G37 and this is the first time the lenses have been treated. The solution it thick so it stays put where you apply it. As of now I highly recommend this product. Transformed My Headlights in No Time!

I recently purchased this product and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. It took me only about 15 minutes in total for both headlights. Before using this product, my headlights were murky and had a milky white appearance. However, after using this, they have transformed to crystal clear, as if they're brand new. Rub On Rub Off - Does it really work?

Tried the “simply rub on wipe off” NOT! Ok not bashing CG as I have quite a few of their products. But that don’t work for majority of folks with oxidized headlight lens. Really. My headlights had oxidation no question. Then applied a line of CG Headlight restorer product using 4” (orange) polishing pad on Milwaukee polisher. Results were pretty good! Question: Let’s see how long they last with CG UV protection built in to product?

I'm not easily impressed, but this product impressed me greatly. It is reasonably priced. The instructions are easy to read and understand. It comes with everything you need. Note: If you wait too long, as I did, the plastic housing may start to craze (tiny cracks), and there is really nothing you can do to fix that, but the result of this product was a huge improvement. I will have to wait to see how long it lasts.

Easy to use

All I used was the product + a microfiber sponge and I like to joke that I have the upper body strength of a cooked spaghetti noodle, so I didn’t even use much elbow grease. When I went to get my oil changed last week, the shop wanted to charge me $75 for headlight restoration, but I knew I could do it myself for much cheaper. And you get so many uses in a bottle because a little goes a long way!

Product worked as described, before and after pictures provided. Follow directions. Plenty in the bottle to last a long time or for many applications in the future. Bottle was sealed in tight plastic. Scant amount did leak out from the seal under the cap and end up outside bottle inside plastic. Although Not much of a problem that would make me change my mind or return. Happy customer.

Worked great. I hope it lasts! 6 packets of the cleaning wipes but only 2 packets of the clear coating included in the kit. If they supplied 2 more packets of the clear coating and 2 less of the cleaning/de-oxiding wipes, it would be better because I only needed 1 packet for both headlights for each step of the process. Sorry, I should have provided a better "before" pic.

Yes this does work. I tested this on an older vehicle first. You will definitely need more elbow grease if your headlights are older. I saw good results and tried it on our newer vehicle with amazing results. I stoped half way to take a picture. Stark contrast from what they were. The end result looked new again. Great product would definitely recommend.

Let there be light!

I am more than impressed with this product. My passenger side headlight was pretty severely oxidized. It was never going to match the driver side headlight as that whole assembly has been replaced a few years ago. You can see in the before and after photos, a huge difference in the passenger side headlight finally I can see at night when I drive.

This was amazing; my husband was only planning to do it on one and it looked so good he did the other to match. The difference was night and day. This is an amazing product. I wish I had gotten a picture of before on the bad one but I have one of the not so bad one. The pictures I do have really don’t do it justice.

Holy cow! My headlights turned out AMAZING! Wish I would have taken before photos! I literally had very little hope of this stuff actually working because my headlights were so bad. AMAZING!

My headlights were very foggy and I couldn't see spending hundreds for a car shop to do this, at least without trying this myself. Used a round sponge pad and elbow grease. I am in my 70s and with one time using this they look terrific.

What can I say except "WOW"! The clarity of my cars' (yes, two cars) headlight lenses is breathtaking! Granted, my cars' headlights were not very heavily oxidated, but were yellow enough to reduce visibility considerably. By doing both cars at the same time, I was able to stretch the included chemical packets to cover them both before the 'stage 3' liquid dried out. For one restoring one car, this kit is well worth it, but to cover two cars, it is WOW. My only regret is not taking the 'before' pictures and only the 'after' picture of one car.

Easy to use, good results

I really wanted to avoid paying to replace my headlights and decided to give this product a try. The drivers side has had the build up on it for over a year and the passenger side started to look bad probably 6 months or so ago. As you can see from the before and after, both headlights look significantly better. (With the passenger side looking almost brand new.) I will be curious to see how this hold up over time. The after pictures were taken about 18-20 hours after using the kit.

It really works. Super easy to use and it actually works at restoring your headlights. This had me feeling like I really did something! The difference is incredible. I can see my reflection in my headlights now and the directions were super easy to follow. I will say if you live in an area with no garage and doing this in the summer, do this at sunset and if you’re brave do it on a cloudy day but check weather to make sure no rain is in the forecast.

Don't Buy Replacement Headlights

My headlights are easy to remove and made the process more comfortable on my back. Just my personal preference - you can still get excellent results not removing them. This kit is way cheaper than buying replacement headlights.

Very good but not perfect

Maybe I didn't do it right. It was my first time using one of these. I followed the instructions precisely. Even though I didn't get a single oxidation pad dirty, I used more than one as instructed. Only did one coat of the ceramic stuff with the overlap as instructed. Maybe my headlights were too badly damaged. Idk. I WILL be buying this again in the future, so I AM clearly pleased with the product. It just wasn't fantasmagloriously perfect. I will also state that I waited MORE than the required time for it to cure, etc. I then waxed my car, including my headlights for extra protection. At that point, one got pretty bad again. I went over it with a clean, dry cloth repeatedly, and while it helped minutely, the headlight is still not like it was immediately post product. I will say therefore: DO NOT WAX YOUR HEADLIGHTS AFTER USING THIS PRODUCT!!! Mistakes were made, lessons learned lol.

Product made my headlights look new and crystal clear in seconds. My lights were maybe 35% clouded. I have a dodge with large headlights so I repeated the process 3 times to get the whole light. Change the portion of your rubbing applicator cloth each time because it will become clogged with the removed damaged layer of plastic. I recommend masking the surrounding surfaces to prevent any possible damage from any over wiping or drops even though the whole process is simple and was very clean. I was very pleased with the excellent results and could do this to another five vehicles or more with what is left in the bottle , which makes the price of purchase well worth spending. Definitely a permanent addition to my detailing chemical supply list.

Works for light to heavy lens deterioration.

I own a 2006 Toyota Corolla (19 yrs) with 116,000 mi. The car looks and runs like new. It has always been garaged and spent 3 winters in upstate NY. Although the paint looks new, the headlights started fading years ago. I restored the clarity originally with automotive scratch remover, and then with a coat of wax. That works but need regular touchups, especially when using car washes. I purchased this product and applied a coat to touchup some areas. Although I had a head start because my lenses were in pretty good shape, the result was impressive. Some light hand rubbing, let dry and wipe off improved clarity to the lenses beyond my earlier attempts. I recommend this product.

Midnight fix for cloudy headlights

Midweek insomnia scroll turned into me buying this headlight kit after realizing my 2012 Civic’s lights looked like frosted Tupperware in parking lot photos. I used it on a random Sunday between deploys. Just scrub, dry, then seal. The wild part was driving that night and actually seeing lane lines again on an unlit highway. i even got fewer high beams flashed at me. The plastic went from yellow and tired to clear enough that my neighbor asked if I’d replaced the whole assembly, which made me pretty glad I ordered this during that sleepy browse. One packet went a long way adn I still have some left.

Headlight kit that mostly works

I grabbed this headlight kit for our older family SUV so my wife could see better on her evening commute and so the van didn’t look so tired in the driveway. The directions are simple and the wipes make it easy. I did both headlights in about 30 minutes while the kids were riding scooters in the cul-de-sac. They looked a lot clearer after and the beams at night are better. The annoying part is my fingers got kind of sticky from the last wipe and the chemical smell hung around for a bit. Also if your lights are really trashed you’ll still see some haze, so don’t expect miracles.

Take Your Time, Don't Be In A Rush

I'm not the best guy to do this reveiw because this is the only one I've ever used, but follow the directions, and after approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes, my headlight boxes were reinstalled and clear as new eye glasses. I used contact cleaner because I got dirty water from the process,in my plugs. If you did these leaving headlight boxes installed...you could easily do inside of 1 hour, but I was able to set down and take my time in my favorite chair, taking it easy on my back, and do a good job, and didn't risk damaging surrounding paint or turn signal lens.

Great product and easy to use.

Everyone said this product worked and it did as advertised. I rubbed a few drops of the cream on the headlight lens and rubbed. Only took 10 minutes per lens and they were like new. I didn't even put a dent in the large bottle so even if they do cloud up again I have plenty to repeat the process hundreds of times.

Seems fairly easy to use, but felt like it dried out before it should. So I used a spray bottle with water to help it along which seeded to work. Have to see how well it lasts for not doing it as directed. Over all I'm pleased with this product and the price, would recommend it.

Worked well but not a miracle wipe on product. My lenses were not really bad but after giving it a try just rubbing it in it was clear more effort was going to be required. They are now nice and clear but time will tell how well the UV protection aspect will stand up.
