How it works
Each color carries pearlescent pigments that reflect light, so the dry paint shimmers and shifts as the page moves.
Wet your brush, pick up the color and paint as usual. Mix your shades on the lid.
Is it for me?
Yes, if you already use watercolor and want highlights for metal, water or night skies.
Yes, if you're just starting and want a set that looks impressive from the first page.
It's made for paper, canvas and mixed media.
What's in the box
The lid doubles as a mixing palette.
Non-toxic formula.
How to use it
2. Paint. Use more water for a soft, shimmering wash, less for bold shine.
3. Let it dry. Tilt the page under the light to see the finish come through.
Our guarantee
If your work doesn't shine the way you hoped, send it back within those 30 days and get your money back.
The only thing you risk is going back to flat colors.
Your painting is finished, but it still looks flat
You got the colors right. Then you step back and the piece just sits there on the page. Regular watercolor dries matte, so the gold never quite looks like gold and the water never looks wet.
Pigments that shine when the light moves
These colors are made with pearlescent pigments. Once dry, the finish catches the light and shifts as you tilt the page, so metal, water, wings and night skies finally look the part. Use them on their own, or brush them over a finished piece to pick out the highlights.
Everything fits in one case
Pick 10 warm colors, 10 cool colors or all 20. The case is easy to take with you, and its lid opens into a mixing palette, so you can paint at the table or out in the park with the same set. It works on paper, canvas and mixed media.
